The Taiwanese mobile phone maker, HTC Corporation has recently unveiled a new smartphone, running on Windows 7.5 Mango OS, called the HTC Radar. The handset seems like a perfect Windows Phone for budget-minded buyers. HTC Radar’s rear is a curved patchwork of metallic and rubberised textures, that’s lending the phone an industrial feel. The HTC
