Airtel Name Tunes – a personalized Hello Tune Service

India’s largest telecom operator (in terms of subscribers) Airtel has just introduced an interesting hello tune service called as ‘Your Name Your Tune’. In this service a customer can personalize his/her Hello Tunes by simply putting his/her names into songs. It’s a nice way where Airtel mobile customers can stamp their caller tune with their own identity by just following few simple steps. They only need to search and set their name as their Hello Tune. For your kind information, this service is powered by OnMobile.

To activate your name as your hello tune, first of all you need to sent SMS NT to 543215 (TollFree), and then search results of names where you will find more than 4,500 common Indian first names, there’s also a possibility that you won’t be able to find it there. So Airtel is expected to expand further on a daily basis depending upon customer usage. Well you have to choose your name from the given list of names and set the selected name as your Hello Tune instantaneously. Are you thinking this creative service will cost you more? No your wrong, the Name Tunes service will charge like normal hello tunes i.e. Rs. 30 for Hello Tunes subscription and Rs. 15 for 90 days for song download. Is not it an interesting concept?
