LG A290 – Company’s first ever Triple SIM Phone Arriving Russia
LG is trying its level best to compete with Nokia’s advances by bringing up a handset that is to support triple SIM. There are many users among us who even needs an extra addition of SIM-card slot with dual SIM slots and for those users this could be a type of boon as LG has advanced there facilities by letting out a Triple SIM handset with a name of LG A290. You must have come across certain other handsets which are set to feature three SIM cards and those all belong to some of the Chinese manufactures but this one is LG’s first triple-SIM handset. We are yet very curious to know that is this first triple-SIM device from one of the most admired brand will have a good sell after getting released in other markets too except Russia. It’s set to feature better with admiring functionality and has brought up with a pretty look too. Now the matter is that whether all of the three SIM cards will get activated at the same time or not!
The A290 is to feature a 2.2’’ of display with ~128 ppi pixel density and the screen resolution being 176 × 220 pixels. In terms of its body texture, it has been beautified with a dazzling metallic gray color. The other features of this phone are a range of ring alert types of Vibration & MP3 ringtones, a microSD card slot is provided with up to 32GB support. There is a 1.3 Mega Pixel Primary Camera seen at the back with 1280 x 1024 pixels resolution. This camera has a flashlight and along with the still shots you can even record videos of better quality. A Loudspeaker is there and the number of phonebook entries can b saved goes to 1000 and more. The rest joining assured specs are photo call facility with Call records feature. The dimensions are 113.5 x 51 x 13 mm and have a slim cute look.
The main focus for this phone is its Triple-SIM card facility but there are also other improved features belonging to this handset which are its power enhancement of 1500 mAh battery to provide a good battery life, has a 2G Network and all of the three SIM’s are capable to support GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 network. You can also find more better features as Messaging SMS facility, MMS, Email, Browser WAP 2.0/xHTML facility, Java facility, the MP3/MP4 player support is available, Organizer & Document viewer with Predictive text input feature also gets to you.

As per the source confirms the LG A290 for the time being will be available in Russia by late February and the price of it would be 2,990 rubles (about €75 or $99) approximately.
