iBall Slide i9702 – A powerful Android tablet at budget package

There is another affordable Android tablet from iBall have just been released in India, debuted the Slide i9702 that will cost you around Rs. 14,999/-. As we got confirmation, the tablet will have a 9.7-inch IPS display and runs on the Google’s Android v4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system. It’s claimed that, this is the first tablet in the budget range having an IPS panel display. So what we get extra from an IPS panel screens? The IPS panel provides a wider viewing angle as compared to a normal display, so you can experience a rich quality photos and videos.

The iBall Slide i9702 looks like an affordable Galaxy Tab, which comes powered with a powerful dual-core processor i.e. clocks out at 1.5GHz and it comes built with 1GB of DDR3 RAM plus includes 8GB of internal storage. You can even expand your device memory up to 32GB through microSD card slot. The laptop has a quad core G400 Mali graphic processor too.

This new budget friendly Android tablet will have a 2-megapixel front as well as rear cameras. It also comes equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity, USB OTG, Host Port, so you can do 3G on data card through USB dongle, and has a HDMI Port too to connect with projectors or TVs. At the press release, Director of iBall, Sandeep Parasrampuria mentioned that, it’ll be a superb product for any user but it’s especially designed for business users as well as for those who wish for great experience for gaming and video. In addition, iBall has recently launched a 4.3-inch, 1GHz Cortex A9 processor powered Android smartphone in India for just Rs. 9,499/-.

Well, we can say this table will be a great deal at Rs. 14,999/- with a powerful processor, bigger screen and all other advanced features you wish. No doubt this is an affordable or we can say it’s a worth for money product. If not, you may go for a better deal from Micromax of its Funbook series tablet.
