WickedLeak Intros Wammy Titan Android Jelly Bean Phablet

Here comes yet another phablet named Wammy Titan from the homegrown manufacturer, the WickedLeak. Yeah, I know the name of the manufacturer is not a familiar one, yet its products are worthy of consideration. No offense, but after checking a bit the gadget seemed somewhat like a carbon copy of Samsung Galaxy Note II. The gadget is available for prebooking on WickedLeak’s official online store. The WickedLeak Wammy Titan has some remarkable features and specifications that would indeed attract anybody looking for a high-end smartphone but not so much worried about the trademark. The model, Wammy Titan features a 5.5 inch QHD 5 Point Touch Capacitive Screen having a resolution of 540×960 pixels. It runs on Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean operating system. It has a powerful MTK 6577 Dual Core CPU clocked at 1 GHz along with 1 GB of RAM. It also has a PowerVR SGX 531 GPU supporting OpenGL ES 2.0.

It can store data up to 4 GB and you can expand its capability by attaching a microSD card (up to 32 GB) via its slot. It has an 8 Megapixel camera at rear and a 2 Megapixel camera at front. Other features include 2G (GSM 850 / 900/ 1800/ 1900 MHz), 3G (WCDMA 2100MHz), G-sensor, GPS, Bluetooth, Dual SIM capability etc. It is powered by a 2500 mAh rechargeable Li-ion battery, which provides talk time up to 8 hours and standby time up to 260 hours.

It measures a dimension of 151.5 x 81 x 9.9mm and weighs 160 grams. There are two color options for you to choose from, one is White and the other one is Black. It comes preloaded with several apps and supports virtually all Video, Audio and Picture formats.

Bearing a price tag of Rs.13000/-, it seems that the smartphone Wammy Titan is going to compete with cost-effective dual SIM phablets like iBall Andi 5C, Intex Aqua 5.0, Micromax Canvas 2 A110, Spice Stellar Horizon & Zync Z5 Cloud to name a few.
