Micromax A116 Canvas HD Scheduled to Be Available on 14th February
Well, as expected, Micromax has finally decided to make its A116 Canvas HD available in the country from this month. We are quite sure about this as Micromax itself updating its status on its official Facebook fan page revealed that the smartphone is going to be available from this Valentine’s Day i.e 14th February. However, at first, the manufacturer stated that pre-bookings for the smartphone would start from the mentioned date but later it modified that making it available from the same date. It seems that the entry of Chinese manufacturers like JiaYu in Indian market makes Micromax to change its mind. However, If you are one of the folks eagerly looking for the availability of this smartphone, then your wait is over.
If you’ve forgotten, then let me just jog your memory about its features and specifications. Here we go. The smartphone comes with a 5 inch HD IPS screen (16.7 million colors) with a display resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. It runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. The smartphone is equipped with a 1.2GHz Quad core MediaTek MT6589 processor with 1 GB RAM. There is an 8 Megapixel camera with LED Flash at rear and a front-facing VGA camera at front. It comes with 4 GB of internal memory and you can also attach an external microSD memory card (32 GB Max) using the inbuilt slot.
